Brain Tips:

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and fish (especially salmon and tuna).

Consider supplementing your diet with B vitamins and antioxidants.

Avoid fatty meats, fried foods and full fat dairy products.

Avoid caffeine, alcohol and tobacco.

Never inhale solvents like gasoline or airplane glue.

Always wear appropriate protective headgear (helmets) for sports and other activities.
